About the Artist
Lydia Hughes is an Irish graphic illustrator, currently working with Dublin based branding studio DesignWorks, while studying for an MA in Illustration with the University of Hertfordshire. The juncture between traditional processes, such as drawing, print and digital innovation, are central to her work, as are texture, colour and motion. Her work references her love of the natural world, folk art and mid-century design.
